         It can means that mainly or  something in the first place... But in the article, it means " something in the first place, or in the beginning of something


(2)    Find a synonym of “primarily”.

(3)    “Primary” is the adjective of “primarily”. One of its meanings is “happening first”. Compare “primary” and “primitive”. Do you think the two adjectives have the same meaning in this sense? Why?

    I like your backgrounf of your blog.
    Your definitions are sometimes a little bit different from mine, but I like your each definition. When I consider the each meaning, I didn't think "Primitive art" and "Primitive sculpture" had positive meaning, but as you said, it can be positive!!

    I like the synonyms of "primarily". They are precise. I also like the sentences you gave about primary and primitive. Good job.
