W2 Reading Journal: Fast Food with Effects for a Lifetime

Today, people like eating fast food, but they don't know how much damege fast food does to their body. They can't see the dameges right away, but they will see it later. Sometimes, we eat fast food , it is not dangeous, but we can't not eat too much or usually. Specially, fast food isn't good for kids, because fast food leads to high levels of cholesterol. So it will be dangeous their health such as: high blood pressure, diabetes, a weakend immune system, and sometimes even lead to cancer. Today, people work too hard and no time to prepare healthy food for family or themselves. Fast food is a good chooice for them, but they should control eating fast food too much. Kids are easily addicted fast food, if you let them eat everyday. They will be obese. So their parent should prepare healthy food for kids, and know what kinds of food are good for thier kids.
Young people like to eat fast food, because they don't like to cook food at home. It will take too much time of them, so fast food is a good chooice for them.In United States, over 25 percent of Americanseat fast food every day, becasue some of them don't have too much time to get a meal from a sit down restaurant. So a lot of fast food restaurant open and serve.
If you like eat fast food everyday, you should control and stop eating too much, because of your health.

  1. I have a confession to make. I was a fast-food eater in my childhood. I had even a McDonalds membership card and accumulated points to get a free burger. Fortunately, however, I decided to stop eating fast-food years ago. I do miss the sweet taste sometimes, but now I know I better not eat fast-food.

  3. when I have no time to cook, I eat fast-food. But I am careful not to eat it too much.'cause fast-food has a high-calorie and is bad for health.
